Alison is an excellent yoga teacher and her yoga studio is perfect with trees and gardens for a backdrop, tastefully decorated with great light and it is clean, fresh and quiet with quality props and mats provided. She has a calm and welcoming energy and the classes are well planned providing a variety of levels for everyone. She is attentive but not invasive and will adjust postures asking student permission and is very gentle but precise. The Sanskrit name for each posture is given and explanation of benefits from each one. While the classes are only 80 mins, one leaves feeling strengthened, stretched, relaxed and always keen to return.
